Council members who wish to place items on the meeting agenda for the next scheduled council meeting will call, write, E-mail, or visit the City Hall to give the City Secretary the subject and a brief description of what, where, who, why, etc.
The City Secretary will coordinate with the Mayor to determine which category of the agenda it will be placed.
The Mayor will then have the City Secretary place the item on the agenda for the next scheduled council meeting.
Council members will contact the City Secretary to have items included on the agenda at least one week prior to the next meeting.
When a citizen brings an item before the council that needs to be acted upon, the City Council should request that it be placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
