During each meeting of the Council, a recording of the proceedings are taken for historical value. The minutes from the previous meeting are approved by the Council at the next regular meeting, notating any changes as necessary. Minutes are kept indefinitely, reflecting the voting record of your representatives. The most recent minutes are accessible here for resident's convenience. Previous minutes are maintained at City Hall and can be viewed in person or copies requested (charges may apply).
The most recent minutes are only a draft, subject to change upon approval by the Council. They are provided here to give you a glimpse of the recent business of the Council.
